U need to make it clear in the souce code where the aweber code starts and finishes. If psd is needed, you need to design that then. If you think you can design a much better squeeze page then that we can discuss when awarded the project.
My budget is too low for this as this is a few hours work! Use a sample aweber code or i can send you one.
