As trying after so many time i am unable to create new developer android market account. so i need someone to create android developer account for me (http://market.android.com/publish). Once you create and android developer account for it i will be glad to pay you $50 to $60
How should you create an anroid developer account.
1. setup new gmail email ID
2. login https://market.android.com/publish using newly created email ID
3. using your credit card or VCC pay google $25 and signup.
Once the account is approved and working send me the email id and the password.
