Each website should make MINIMUM $20 per day. This earning should be made continuously for minimum 1 year of duration.
Websites can be based on same niche or different niches.
However the SEO support need to be provided until the end of the year for consistent income. I need a weekly SEO report regarding the methods used to optimized the websites and keep it live and running. Only white hat SEO methods should be used. I am looking for someone who has good experience in building adsense websites and providing SEO support for it.
Anyone who is going to build a adsense website which is going to make money just for 1-2 months please don't bid. Because ultimately you will be at loss of time and energy.
I can provide the hosting along with the domain names you ask me to choose. All you have to do is to maintain the websites and see to it that each website makes $20 per day without fail. I already got an adsense account, using that code and getting it approved for the websites is your job.
I need the websites up, running and successfully making $20 per day.
Payment will be made only after I see all the 5 websites making $20 per day for minimum 60 - 90 days.
Payment Conditions:
First milestone Creation and payment will be made at the end of 3rd month - 30% of the total budget
Second milestone Creation and payment will be made at the end of 4th month - 30% of the project budget
Third and final milestone Creation and payment will be made at the end of 5th month - 40% i.e remaining project budget will be released.

- Write the SEO optimized content, fully configure and update the website as needed to continue generating at least the minimum long term. No duplicate content.
- Only white hat
- Must contain related images to niche topic
- Design must be neat and optimized to attract people to click on the ads
- Welcome to add any related CB products as long as it doesn't distract from Adsense ads too much
- You MUST follow google adsense rules and regulations.
- Website/Adsense must have 100% Organic traffic clicks. no bots, automated or traffic buying/trading sites or paid services, NO Black Hat
- Do not use any illegal methods to drive traffic generate clicks on website.
- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing
- Unique organic traffic (no bots or traffic buy sites)
- No pharma, violence, gambling, adult related content as dictated by adsense rules
- Site must generate income on a daily basis
