Project Description:
I have a Joomla website with template designed with rocket themes (Hyperion) www.idiomworldwide.com. What I need is an additional login section which will be subscription based. Users will subscribe for a fee, so I need to setup payment feature with reoccurring billing (below). The new section will have many features.
We need a professional, not an amateur or new programmer. We need you to provide your own solutions for designing and implementing the ideas we have and not count on us for simple items such as color scheme or layout. You see the site, you read the requests and you should know what we want. We are not on a tight timeline, but the work needs to be done in a timely manner, so if you are working on 20 other websites and don’t have time to dedicate to this project don’t waste my time and energy. You will need to be able to clearly communicate with me in English.
We expect the project to be done in 45 days or less. If you are unable to complete tasks efficiently and promptly we will find someone else immediately. I have hired numerous freelancers from this site and others and I am fully aware of how to work through this site and what I should expect.
I have been working with Joomla for 6 months and update my own content on our site currently and am moderately proficient. Whoever completes the task will be hired on a regular basis to create and improve features for this section as I come up with new ideas. The project will be ongoing, so do good work.
We need examples of related work, and we need to hear your ideas of how you will accomplish the project before we will hire you. Don’t waste your time and bid if you cannot handle the project. If you know how to do it, this will be easy and I will be easy to deal with.

SECTION WILL BE BY LOGIN ONLY.
It will be subscription based. We will need the ability to take credit card, PayPal, etc., and automatically bill on a monthly basis. Will need different subscription rate, such as one-time fee (30 day subscription), 3 months, 6 months, 1 year. Will also need to be able to grant people privileges at no cost, for say, 30/60/90 days.
It will need to be handheld tablet friendly, like I-pad etc.
Initially we will give our current clients a 60/90 day free trial period so we can begin to compile content and work out the bugs. During this time we will not allow regular signups; however, we would like to present the service on our site and allow visitors who are interested to be contacted via-email when the service is available.
LANDING PAGE – New page in our website menu that will be dedicated to this section. An introduction page of sorts, which will describe the features of the section etc.
SECTION OPTIONS AND PAGES:
FRESH COPY UPLOADS – We will upload word documents to this section.
Documents will be listed by month/year. Click on a month and all uploaded documents that month will drop down in a menu and be click viewable and downloadable. Probably best to have them listed somewhere on the page, such as click a month on page and a tree will appear that lists the available word documents for download (right click).
AUDITIONS - Section will be for people to upload audio files
We will need a section where we can post/upload downloadable word documents which contains material for the subscriber to audition. They will then upload mp3 files which everyone will be able to see. We need to be able to easily write comments on uploaded auditions (everyone will be able to see the comments also). We need this section to have a time-limit/deadline in which the subscriber is able to upload auditions, such as 12 hours, after which time the upload feature closes.
This section will be displayed similar to ‘fresh copy upload’s’ where audio files are in section by date. Subscribers will be able to listen or download all uploads, and read comments we have written on particular auditions.
