This project is time sensitive, so the faster you can complete the site, the better your chances of winning the bid.

If you wish to clone another site to speed up the process, that is fine, but it must conform to our requirements by completion.

I need to build a membership website that teaches people how to develop, start and maintain a small business.

It will contain several components, including blogs, a forum and sales products (both affiliate linked and direct sales)

The site is concept only and needs to be built from scratch.

This will be an ongoing project after initial setup and will need the programmer to maintain and expand site as needed.

Subscription Payment options for the site will include Paypal and Credit Cards.

Joomla is only a recommendation and we are open to other scripts.

The site will start with only the basics in planning and business and grow with substantially advanced detail and include webinars from guest speakers.

You must be proficient and dependable as this is a long term project and I expect you to be on board with this long term.

Initially this budget is very limited, but once the site is launched, we will pay for the expertise necessary to properly maintain and expand the site. We have an exceptional marketing campaign ready to be activated as soon as the site is launched and intend to apply significant resources to the ongoing and substantial development of the site.
