Joomla 1.5 Resume Website Database Very Urgent...

Design simple Joomla website to collect resumes. Users will be of two types. 1. Employers who set up accounts and view resumes or post jobs. 2. Employees who post resumes for future jobs. Need to be able to set up account and input or edit own resumes or job postings. Minimize text input by using menus or drop down boxes where possible. The resume input probably will be using english on one side and spanish on other side of most data entry points unless another option is suggested. This site will mainly be used by english and spanish speaking patrons for the resume side. The output will only be in english for employers to view resumes (less contact information). Other options for a spanish/english data entry site are welcome. Simpler the better. One option is in attached file. If a blank space is left where spanish words would go I would translate myself or will send translations quickly on 1st draft. Need resume entry portion done for weekend. Other can come couple days after.
