Project Description:
We need some wallboard customization on our QueueMetrics solution (hosted on Asterisk).

Requirements as follows (ammend depending on cost)
1) Available to click on the real time page to whisper or barge-in
2) Agents listed top to bottom (rather than boxed as they are now)
3) To be able to sort by columns i.e. agent name, extension, dials or duration
4) Target dials & duration that move as time progress: (see section in red at top of screen)

o 10am 20 dials 0h16m duration
o 10.30am 30 dials 0h24m duration
o 11am 40 dials 0h32 duration
o 11.30am 50 dials 0h40m duration
o 12pm 60 dials 0h48m duration
o 12.30pm 70 dials 0h56m duration
o 1pm 80 dials 1h04m duration
o 1.30pm 80 dials 1h04m duration
o 2pm 80 dials 1h04m duration
o 2.30pm 90 dials 1h12m duration
o 3pm 100 dials 1h20m duration
o 3.30pm 110 dials 1h28m duration
o 4pm 120 dials 1h36m duration

If agent is falling short of both their moving targets at any point during the day then their name is highlighted in red

It's very important to use the API of Queuemetrics and that we can customize the code later if necessary.
