Project Description:
• Need a website focused on my Private Investigative Services (aka Investigator For Hire). The purpose of the
website is to conduct all of my business through the website. InvestigatorForHire.com is my domain name, I have
to check to make sure it hasn’t expired yet though, lol. Not looking for anything complex. Approximately 7 pages
give or take. Just tell me what you need and I will provide. I am open for creative ideas, as I am a little out of date.
o Colors
Any combination of Slate, Black Gray, Red, with White Words (see attached for look and feel of color
scheme)
o Website Pics – I (Detective Allen) will provide, just need number of pics, and minimum pic size from Web
Designer
Pics will fade out
o Clientele
Attorneys, Insurance Companies, Claims Adjusters, Spouses, Parents
o Functionality of Website
Allow Clientele to input information into an online form to request a service provided by me
Allow Clientele to input questions via website email (Contact Us Page)
Clientele have to be able to log in and out on all pages
Must be able to accept service fee payments via various credit cards, paypal, etc… (without a credit
check on my part), (I will forward Services and Fees)
Must be visually appeasing with call to action (Getting Clientele to pay for my services) on every
webpage
Website must take up the full screen
Approximately 5-10 pages
o Similar websites for reference (see attached)
o Need Hosting, with unlimited emails etc…
o I will provide content for website
o Must give Detective Allen 100% access to the website for changes in the future
o Final Completion within 2-weeks
o This Website is the 1st of 3 that will all tie in together. If this works out, we will continue on future projects
• This does not cover everything. You will have some creative freedom, as I am not internet savvy
but knowledgeable. I will be available for calls 24/7 7 days a week to help you and answer any
questions available. I am a nice guy and easy to work with.
• Optional – I will put together a logo, but I’m open if you can come up with some logo mockups that I
can use on business cards, website, stationary, etc. However I can pay no more than $30.00
USD’s
• THE LINES OF COMMUNICATION MUST OPEN TO DAILY CONTACT IF NEEDED FROM YOU OR
ME!!!
• DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN YOU CAN HANDLE ALREADY!!!
• A plus if you can add in smart dynamic internet marketing (seo, effective strategies, etc…)
• Last but not least YOU MUST HAVE PATIENCE, FUN, AND LOVE WHAT YOU DO!!!
WEEK 1 - BEGINNING PHASE (1st half of payment in USD’s) (Information gathering), (start building website)
WEEK 2 - FINAL PHASE (Finish Website), (Complete dry-runs), (Final Approval), (2nd half of payment in USD’s)
