Project Description:

I would like a logo for a real estate web site that promotes services to real estate agents. Hi have a few ideas but am open to new ideas. I am willing to pay a good rate for a really good job, to have a really slick logo.

One idea I have is to use sign with a 3-D effect like in the image of the logo on the top right corner of this page: http://www.snapuprealestate.ca/.

Then write the name of the company inside the sign. The name of the company is Faltour. Then an array could go accross the name, like in the Msdn logo, but from right to left: http://www.microsoft.com/brasil/msdn/NightCode/MSDN_logo.png

Finally, the colors of the logo would have to ecoke houses, properties, escape, so I tought of green for grass or blue for the ocean. Here are exemples:

I posted images of the web sites I was refering to. Like I said, I'd rather pay per hour (a good rate) to have real quality, a slick design. What I would like is first a few sketch then we decide which one we prefer and you complete the work. If you can do web design we might have another project for you right after...if the job is well done, obviously!
