Hi there,

I would like to have someone who is very proficient in web design create a brand new Web 2.0 Template for my new site that is geared towards webmasters. The look I am going for is FUN and FUNKY, but still professional looking, and alot of web 2.0 elements incorporated.

There will be different features of the site so you will need to incorporate these accordingly. Tutorials, Graphics, Forums, etc. I will of course devulge more details to the winning bidder.

I will require the PSD, and the HTML template. I would love to see some examples of your previous works too, especially anything in this field.
