Magento Designer and Coder with Inventory Managment

Project Description:
We are Looking for Experts in Magento to Design and Code our Jewelry Ecommerce Site.
We have a layout of what we'd like the site to look like and feel like.

Features:
Shipping Module - Calculate Shipping based on zip code
Inventory Management - We resell several providers inventory and need our inventory to auto update by linking via their inventory management system. This way once an item is sold it is automatically updated as sold and removed from inventory. Also if the item is sold from another site then our site updates automatically and removes the item from inventory. We also have our own inventory that needs to be added in.
