I had some work done on my site last week and I realized to day that the url for my categories have changed. Previously the urls were:

http://mysite.com/xxxxx/xxxxx

However, I noticed this morning that the urls for categories are now:

http://mysite.com/default/xxxxx/xxxxx

I need this fixed ASAP.
