Beauty Community Website Design/Development

Would like to keep an"on hand" developer for small tweaks and custom projects from time to time. We would like a streamline design that's seamless and girly going with the black/pink/white theme. A little bit of UI would be nice as well. Also, we have users upload content daily, videos/blogs/photos, we'd like to showcase the content in a fun way with a web responsive design. We also have a rewards loyalty program enabled. Many users don't even know about it, it's fairly new. Need call to action/ popup scripts which would entice users to join. The price point can be negotiated and we really don't have a deadline, of course the sooner it gets done the better, but no strict deadlines. We're very flexible. Just looking for the right candidate whose ready to be creative and make our website, modernized, responsive and most importantly engaging! Possibly we can tackle one project at a time to lessen your workload and you'd get paid faster, at the end of each project. Also, we wouldn't have to shut down the website completely, maybe just a portion at a time while we re-design. We're not interested in PSD right now but let us know what works for you.
