Build a Mobile Theme for Wordpress

Student View is Australia's Student Newspaper. We use Wordpress and have a newspaper theme for the desktop version of the website. Now we are wanting a proper mobile theme to display our articles. Ideally it would have the basic structure of The Age mobile website ([login to view URL]) or the Huffington Post App. A simple logo at the top, a basic menu (preferably drop down) and then room for a Mobile Google Adsense code. Then there would be a list of posts by time/date. Each post would have the featured image small on the left hand side, and the heading in the middle and on the right. We use a darker blue colour on our website, and it would be good to continue that theme. Ideally we would like 10 posts to come up, with a button underneath to "show more". Below the posts, we would like links to our Email, Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages and anything else that you think is worth including. Please note that we already have one theme, and use Any Mobile Theme Switcher to change. We will need different menus for each theme. Attached are some ideas and guidelines for bidders - but we encourage you to use your own initiative as well. We have previously used WOW! mySite Mobile Wordpress Theme - but we would like small improvements as mentioned above.
