Project scope:
1)Update the current theme and menu of my WordPress site based on a already made Photoshop simple design.
2)Create mobile version based on already made Photoshop simple design.
3)Modify current send e-mail function to include additional 2 new emails address.
Objective:
1) The back-end cms system remain as simple as possible.
2)any update done should be reflected on the mobile version same as the main site.
3)The site performance should not be impacted in any how.
4) deliver the project with agreed time frame.
5)i expect high quality of product.

1) required updated theme modification in photoshop
2)required new theme modification in photoshop for mobile version of the site.
3)all data and content could be copied from old website
4)site is in three languages English, Arabic and french.
5) Mobile version required in English only "for now".
6) i'll stay connected with you via skype to follow-up on progress and make sure you are on the same page.

-You must assure that the Wordpress website and mobile website are tested and working fine with no issues or errors and secured as applicable.
-You will help to put everything online, configure it and make it functional from your end.
-Make sure that you understand that "you will build a mobile web site" part of this project.
-You must send me samples of your projects of mobile websites. as i didn't see any so far!
-I require "simple" documentation to enable any future developer to understand and modify as required.
-first millstone after updating the Wordpress theme, You will receive your payment after completing the mobile website and completing the project.
