I want attached design to be converted in to html/css. I have Layered PSD which will be sent to winner. Important Notes: 1.) HTML must be w3c validated 2.) Must must work in all major browser including ie6+ 3.) Website will be developed by our php developer so please keep this in mind 4.) All my work is 100% w3c compliant (XHTML 1.0 or HTML4/5 - depending on client wishes). Sites are checked for IE6+, Opera, Safari, Chrome and Firefox under Windsows 7, Linux KUbuntu (excliding IEs for Linux) and IMac (Safari).
