PSD to HTML Expert needed

We are looking for expert that can convert PSD file into HTML.
We need this done asap.
There is one PSD file with layers. We need to have done 4 pages from it. Pages are very similar (all layers are in PSD).
There is one top menu. I like it done in javascrip/jquery. Menu has 7 positions but has to be reduced to 4 only.
