I am looking for a customer support specialist to help with clients who are looking for help with their websites, whether it is creating a website or adding elements to it. We need a wide range of skills, but you must be able to convey our client's needs to our developers.
Our clients are mostly nonprofit organizations with small budgets. This will be an ongoing, long-term project.
To get an idea of our work, I have included a sample email of the work we receive.

Subject: Updated Outline

Attached is the updated outline (aka wire frame?) for the Mercer Island Farmers Market Web site based on further discussion among us. I have a few questions about the process from here on in.
· We would like to understand what aspects of the design might be HTML coded (if I have the terminology correct) so we can anticipate future costs for revisions; but that’s down the line.
Thanks so much for taking the time to meet with Ron and I last week. We found it helpful and we are very appreciative.
When entering a bid, please answer the following questions. If you do not, your bid will be ignored.
You are now acting as the customer support specialist. The customer has sent you the following email with these requirements attached.
