The International Oak Society is a small not-for-profit organization with members worldwide (mainly Europe and the USA). We are looking for technical assistance in migrating our Web site [login to view URL] to DRUPAL 7. Current Web site is a Drupal 5-based site.
Current approach is Time & Material (Pay-for-time). Demonstrated experience in DRUPAL is key.
In short, we would like the following:
1. Creation of a new D7 Web site from scratch
2. Paypal Integration with on line registration
3. On line membership management
4. Conversion of some existing functions to new Web site
## Deliverables
See attached file for details.
## Version Upgrade
An upgrade from D5 to D6 was already attempted and not completed. It is not clear why the Web designer did not complete the work. This version of the D6 site is attached.

## Membership Management
Currently, membership management is done offline by the Membership Director, using a FileMaker Pro database. Extracts of this database are then used by the board members covering the Web site to synchronize manually members' status on the Web site database. Our project here is to move completely to an online membership management.
