I am looking for someone to be able to create a residence very similar to this: http://youtu.be/wco3CKLzYBI where it can interact with TV's, wall lights, touch panels, music, video, ect... for my website and a file to send my clients that have very little knowledge on using pc or mac. The file would have to be something very intuitive, very simple, something that even a child can use...

I have attached some documents representing the house. I want to be clear that what I am looking for is and Interactive 3D walk thru of the house.
I other words, I want to be able to look at the front of the house and all around, then go inside the house and be able to see inside every room and interact with items.
