I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to work during office hours 9am - 6pm Singapore time. This is a role which the satisfactory candidate will be looking at a fulltime position.
(1) Good in writing (English) with computer skills for writing of property description
(2) Mining/ web scouring of email addresses for target marketing
(3) Able to produce powerpoint with given material
(4) PA work - reminder of appointments, response to email
(5) May do limited cold calling/ depends on language capability
(6) Able to hunt for sellers and buyers using provided online tools
(7) Able to do simple product collaterals / brochures for property
(8) Web skills for site development/ blogger good to have
Strong computer skills especially powerpoint, words, email skills
Good written and spoken English
Speak Mandarin/ Chinese a plus
Able to communicate via skype, call, text messages
