159451 Clean Web 2.0 Template Design

Hey All, I'm looking for a very nice web 2.0 theme. I want it to be very clean and simple, but still inviting. Something like http://demo.folkstr.com. It will be for the website boxstr.com. If you already have something pre-made that would be cool. I don't want to spend a ton of money on this, the cheaper the better. It shouldn't be a very hard site to design. I only need a basic template and I can cover the rest. Thanks guys, if you need more of a feel for what I want let me know. Basically I want it very similar to folkstr, I really like how light and clean it is. oh if possible, make if very ad friendly. Perfect site would be a nice combination of digg and [login to view URL] Example ad sizes are: Example sizes 768x90, 468x60, 120x600, 160x600, 300x250, 250x250,336x280 and of those will work when it comes to the design.
