Flash To HTML Web Site Conversion strictly within the Wix platform SEO optional

Project Description:
We have a site cabinetbrothers.com that is a recently completed flash site that was built on Wix.com server platform and dashboard. We would like the site to be converted within the wix platform to HTML5 "WITHIN THE WIX PALTFORM ONLY PLEASE.

The present site has 40 plus pages and would like a direct conversion within Wix only All of the copy and pictures are in my account and need to be copied and pasted into a Wix HTML5 similar template. No actual code writing is involved as you are limited by the WIX tools.

Wix also has page by page SEO optimization and would like to add the keywords as necessary and can be quoted seperately if necessary. You cannot directly write HTML code in the site, only what they give you in the interface. Lastly the site is very new and if there are any design recommondations or corrections I wiould be open to them.

I want to build a relationship with a good developer that can do this type of work and also an expert on Social Media and SEOwhich will be seperate projects

We have three web sites and newsletters that we are considering oursourcing . For now please just focus on the web site and make sure you can work and accomplish the tasks within WIX.

Please provide your payment requirements "very clearly" this is our 1st time on Freelancer and this has been a challenge. We have put funds in our milestone account and want to ensure we deal only with very experienced and honest providers. We need to get started immediately and appreciate your understanding. On our first project If you can show me the project has been started perhaps we can break up the payments in 1/3 increments. So you can start the project after you are 1/3 complete we pay a third. The next project can be 50/50 if all goes well.

Please keep in mind the Freelancer support people tell new employers not to pay until the project is done. So I will review your account and look forward to a long relationship. Please let me know if there are any questions and when you can start..
