I need a very simple website design, it needs to be completely compliant with Google so no black hat codes please. This is for a painting and decorating professionally done by women site.
It needs to be two pages one which will be the homepage and then another that customers can click on to email an enquiry. It needs to be really fresh and slick, I need it to look modern and not old fashioned and cheesy. I will supply all of the content for you.
I'll then need it to gain ranking for page one of Google UK local search for Cheltenham.
Please send me your ideas, you MUST include 3 links to websites you have designed, a full transparent explanation of what you would do and how quickly you can do it (needs to be realistic don't quote a very quick turnaround if you can't meet the deadline I would rather wait a couple of extra days than be let down).
I'll also need a realistic guide to how long you anticipate the site to appear on page one of the local search.
I will pay 25% upon completion of the website and then 25% when I am on page one google local and then the remaining 50% I will happily pay when the site has been on page one for one month. I will also offer a bonus if you get me to position one.
