I am looking for someone who can take the rough sketch I have included and turn it into a clean and eye catching website template. The person who can do this will be asked to work on the rest of the website on a project to project basis. Please look at the following websites for an idea of where I want to go with this:

I want someone who can use their own judgment to create what I want without me needing to watch every detail.
