Project Description:
1. We will only be hiring a person who reads this entirely and responds to what we have asked, last time we posted a project on this site all we got was copy and paste replies talking about nothing to do with what we asked. If you are the person who takes the time to read and reply about what we are asking then there is a good chance we will be hiring you. Copy and Paste your introduction and we won't even consider you. Give your intro some thought and we will do the same with you. 2. The person we hire must be able to make the website in the way we want it, too many people last time sent us links to sites that they claimed were perfect for us and in fact were nothing to with what we were after, just another person trying to sell us an all ready made template at a custom price. So what do we want done? We are after a web site that is the combination of a Facebook type forum (having FB insert would be great) and an auction site, simply a site where people can chat and sell. 3. A title of about an inch with our site name and details across the top. 4. Directly under the title, categories across the page about a centimeter high, and drop down menus from each. 5. Then split the rest of the page into 4 equal columns, grouped into 1st column (FB type forum) then the 2nd, 3th and 4th combined into one for the items on auction / sale, would like a small picture, quick description and price. Maybe 4 across and 3 down, when you click on the picture you go to the full page view but always no matter where you are keep the FB like forum. (FB insert if possible.) 6. When "Mike" logs in and adds an auction / sale item then FB insert automatically adds a forum comment saying "Mike" has just listed (Picture) and (Short description) for (Price). 7. We want to able to set auction and sales fees and be able to change them. At the moment this will be totally free. 8. We want the ability for people selling items to be able to accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, COD, Anything. There is more, listed above is the bulk of it.
