Project Description:
As agreed between customer and provider, the following points outline the scope of project:
• An ecommerce website has to be built that has all the basic features such as creating and managing categories, sub-categories, adding and editing products and maintaining customers/order lists
• This ecommerce site should offer a provision where in affiliate marketers join the website by creating an account and their shop is created on the website as a sub shop
• Affiliates will have their own admin access, but won’t be able to add/edit/delete any categories and or products
• For every sale made via the affiliate shop website, a pre-defined % will be declared as earning and will be paid out by the main website owner with payment methods such as PayPal, Wire transfer etc
• CMS will be provided only for the main E-commerce website and not the sub-shops
• Standard payment gateway integrations such as PayPal, credit card payment will be configured on the main Ecommerce shop
• A common database will be setup which ensures that any modifications made to the catalog area of the main E-commerce site gets reflected in the sub-shops automatically
• Platform to build this system is either Magento / Oscommerce / Wordpress or custom coding and the end result has to be :
o The website has to be cross browser compatible
o The website needs to be SEO and user friendly with a sitemap for the main Ecommerce site
o Website will have a custom design with custom logo
• Duration of the project will be 1 month, with 10 days as testing period
