Project Description:
i need a site that works similar to Woot.com.
a specific quantity of ONE product will be offered for sale.
users will be able to see how many items are left for sale in real time without refreshing page
user's CC will not be charged until all of the units of one product are sold. Ex. 100 spoons for sale...user enters payment info (CC), card will not be charged until all 100 spoons have been "soft" purchased.
i would like a clean, minimalistic and modern looking front end for this site. Woot is way too busy looking. i can provide examples after project is accepted.

there should also be a customer login page that shows product sale status and history of purchases.
an administrator dashboard to query customers, products and related information should also be available.
