Custom Godaddy Quick Shopping Cart Development

Project Description:
I currently have an e-commerce site set up with Godaddy Quick shopping cart.

I want to add another component to my site, but this one for a separate group of clients. So, entering my website, the second group of clients would have to register, or have some type of code to get into the professional store because those prices are less than the consumer site. The consumers would go into the consumer store. SO, two stores, but two sets of pricing.

I am also going to adjust the freight prices to be less.

I need cost to duplicate my product store (with a passcode system for them to enter), and a separate category of products to only show in the second client "logged in" portion of the site.
