The complete project objective is to have an e-commerce site where water sports gear will be sold (sports: surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing and SUPing). Initially, it will be clothing and later proper gear (boards, sails, kites, etc.).
So, the idea for the first part of the project is to start by selling clothing only, t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, among others.
For this purpose the Spreadshirt platform (spreadshirt.com and spreadshirt.co.uk) will be used. This platform allows the owner to quickly set up an e-shop with all the necessary functionalities. So, the milestone would be to integrate these shops (one for Europe, one for the US) into our own .com page in the best possible manner and set up the necessary elements for Adwords and Analytics functionality (conversion tracking, coordination of Adwords and Analytics, etc.).
As in the future, the Spreadshirt shop will only be a part of the larger .com site, this will have to be taken into account. In other words, the design of the page should take future expansion into account (possibly to include all e-commerce functionalities in-house).
At this point the domain has been bought and an attempt to house the Spreadshirt shops there has been made but we are not happy with how it's working, so we would like to hear a proposal for the best way to implement our objective rather than just fixing the existing page.
-It's important to undersatnd that this Job Posting encompasses only the creation of a simple .com page that includes 4 different Spreadshirt t-shirt shops that need to be integrated seamlessly so that we can start promoting it. However, for the final objective of the page, it's important to understand the future requirements to be able to design accordingly.
-The goal would be to improve the functionality as well as the look of the page. This can be done either from inside the Spreadshirt platform or from our own domain. Suggestions as to how best to accomplish this are needed.
-There will have to be some troubleshooting and debugging of the existing Spreadshirt pages themselves, as they seem to produce small errors in formats and linking.
-Conversion tracking for our Adwords account will have to be set up as well as synchronization with Google Analytics. Testing tracking and making sure web-pages and Adwords account are ready to start promoting the page will also be necessary.
-A specific product to be shown at the start of the Spreadshirt premium shops will have to be set up.
-Knowledge of the Spreadshirt platform desired.
-Working through TeamViewer or similar preferred.
