I need someone who can write a simple eCommerce website in HTML, it does not need to connect to any database, just a pure initial design which must include the following sections:

1. Selection of groceries and clothing
2. FAQ section on ordering, shipping & return
3. Privacy & Security
4. Login with VeriSign

Budget is around $200 to $400 HKD (not USD!)

Complete the website in 3 days.
