Project Description:
I have an HTML/CSS template which I need to have coded for a CS-Cart V3 skin. The template should meet V3.0.4 Ultimate standards.

The HTML/CSS template has 17 individual pages, each showing layouts for homepage, category page, product page, cart, checkout, etc.

The layouts should be integrated as Blocks to be filled with dynamic content, not by simply entering HTML code in an HTML block.

You must be proficient in HTML/CSS and CS-Cart V3 development.
