This is a serious project looking for serious bids/responses. Integrated Auction + Retail site. Logo design and Branding optional else I can get it done elsewhere. Will function differently to standard penny auction site so may need custom CMS, hard to say until we speak in more detail. Account levels required based upon number of bids/purchases. Integrated account management between both sides of the website. Any packaged SEO welcomed. Will probably need an iPhone/android app made either at the same time or after launch depending on budget. I will send over some basic guidelines and functionality notes to the bidders that contact me personally. I know this project may take some time so faster turnaround will not necessarily tempt me to go with you/your company.
