An actively operating Opencart Website has an admin that does not work properly: that is when customers purchase products they do not receive an automatic confirmation from the system. Neither is their purchase visible in "My Account".

I need inspection of the OC installation and track everything down and find out what is going on...Emails do not get sent and orders do not get updated in DB.

This needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
