Project Description:
I am looking for someone to do some coding on my Volusion Ecommerce website (www.beyondthevitamin.com). I am looking for you to create a pop up window after a potential customer clicks on a Premier Research Lab Product (health supplements) that will give the user the option of either logging in Right side of pop up window (current customers) or left side creating an new account and "instant consultation". This "consultation" is required by Premier Research Labs products BEFORE a customer is able to "add to cart" or purchase the Premier Research Labs line of products. Premier Research Labs say this helps create a level of integrity and trust between the customer and the retailer/health practitioner. There are about 200 or so of the products from Premier Research Labs that needs to have this coding done to create this pop up window (or something else that will work, but will make it as EASY as possible for the user/customer) and if they user clicks new customer they are taken to a new account registration page - after completing that they are taken to the "consultation" page where it asks them a few basic health questions (this is all I need done for the consultation). The key here is to be compliant of Premier Research Labs requirements but at the same time make it as PAINLESS and SIMPLE for the user/customer to complete - minimizing user/customer abandonment as much as possible. I know Volusion is hard coded in a strict manner and you will have to work around their system and coding to make this work. I know this can be done because brandlabs.us is able to do it but at a cost that is not in my budget. Click on one of their products from Premier Research Labs and you will see what I am talking about. A pop up window will come up with 2 options - Current Customers or New Customers - If you click on new customer it takes you to a customer registration page and then another page that asks a few health related questions that basically meets the consultation requirements of Premier Research Labs. This is what I need to have implemented in to my Volusion Store.
I would like my site to function very similar to what Radiant Living Center has done - unless you can come up with a better and more user friendly way to complete this task. Please email me with any questions you may have.

I Forgot to mention - the person that I choose MUST MUST MUST have experience working and successfully completing websites that use the Volusion eCommerce software. If you have NOT worked with the Volusion E-commerce software before - Please DO NOT BID. I will only be selecting someone with experience working directly with Volusion E-commerce websites.
