Web Development - Simple Ecommerce Site

We need to build a subscription ecommerce website, similar to [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL] or any of the other subscription ecommerce websites out there. Please do not respond unless you are able to provide the full website design and build service. Prefer this to be built in php/mysql but open to wordpress or joomla/drupal if you can make a case for it being suitable. Design: The site is a subscription service for men's products. The design needs to appeal to men, and my preference is nice pastel colours and some nice textures used, such as this: [login to view URL] The site will require the following page types designed: 1. Home Page - will include a header with four menu navigation menu items, a product showcase area containing four products, a 3 pane subsection beneath the showcase, and a footer 2. A 'product highlight' page - there are four main 'product highlight' pages, three of which contain a different 'gift pack'. each page will show a graphic created for the specific 'gift pack' and the gift pack's name. Beneath that it will show listings of each product contained in each gift pack. Users can hover over the products and a description pops up similar to how products do on this site: [login to view URL] The fourth product highlight page is a custom gift pack where users multiple select which goods go into the gift pack and then save this as their own. 3. a product page - this is a product page where users can see larger photos and read more about each product and brand. 4. a static page - this will be the about us page etc 5. payment page - this is a subscription service so will need to integrate with paypal payment subscriptions at first, and then move to netregistry. 6. a content management page / system - we would like the static pages and the product pages to be editable at the minimum. open to recommendations for cms, but probably would prefer a simple, custom one. Note: this is my first project on Freelancer, however I have spent $1000's of $ on odesk and have plenty more work available for a competent team who can produce websites quickly.
