Looking for someone to make a website like this

Need to be fully functional with a checkout page. It does not need to be integrated with a merchant account as it will not accept payments. It will be with COD. So its a pretty simple job - just need to replace the text with other text which is in Macedonian. Also I need to have a log-in page where to see the orders. Because of the time difference I prefer somebody who will be available to work on it between 18:00 - 23:00 UK time.
