Short story how it works.
The website gets all the data thru API from eBay and amazon.
Actually site already have a design so you dont have to create anything.
Site has a shopping bag.
Also you will need to develop an application for all browsers ( external shopping bag) for instance:
Person will go to macys.com and found dress, he will click on application and it will automatically go to his shopping bag on our site.

You will have to do all in english, than will hire russian to translate it.
