440744 NING NETWORK design needed

Need someone that is familiar with how ning design work. I have a network that i need to customize the appearance/design/theme whatever you want to call it. With ning i think you MUST have HTML CSS. Obviously this theme will also include logo design, favicon, and url network. If you know ning networks then you will know what I am talking about. (i will let you know of my extension once project is awarded will also provide the simple design requirements.) This project is very light work so budget is around 100$-200$.
