I need a complete Warehouse/Distribution Management Software with Accounting, Purchasing, Sales, website sales, Barcode Scanning and labeling, delivery capabilities, shipping ups/fedex/company drivers, powerful reporting (on databases, sales, purchasing, customer activity) . I own a auto body parts retail/wholesale store. i want to have a centralized call center that can make sales for multiple locations. the sales representative should be able to make a delivery order or a sale pick order for any of the locations. I want a complete accounting system. customers should have the options to pay by money, check, credit/debit, or use credit account (if customer is approved for credit account).
when customer calls the sales representative will ask for his phone number so he can search for the account in the customer database. The sales person should have a few different ways of searching the database such as by the phone number or company name. Once the sales person finds the customer, all the information will be available to the sales person about the customer such as what the address is, delivery or pickup account, tax/no tax, and other critical information about the customer. The sales person will then ask what kind of part the customer needs. The sales person will search through the database by categories "year, make, model, and the part" (example of this Partstrain.com). Once the sale person chooses all the parts, he should have the option to save it as a sales order or just a quotation. If it is saved as a sales order the sales rep should have the option to save it to a location where it is best to ship from or pickedup from. this screen should have the subtotal and total with tax. there should be option for different price levels for customers. I should be able to recall a quote at anytime and turn it into a sales order. If a quotation is turned to a sales order, it should no longer be stored in quote. the quotations and sales order have the sales person stamped in it. Sales orders will have the option to be shipped by fedex/ups or company drivers. If company drivers deliver the product then payment will not be applied to the invoice until the receipts are brought back to the store. If product is shipped fedex/ups, payment should be payed in advance. Shipping type should be asked when completing the sales order. options: pickup/fedex/ups/company drivers (usually for wholesale accounts.)
Full ecommerce. Ecommerce will be hosted by third party company such as godaddy.com but software will be hosted in my business. customer database and other important information will not be store in website location permanently. Website will just be extension of software. sales person will be making sales orders from centralized server at headquarter.
Partstrain.com is a perfect interface i would like for my customers for online.

Also include a GPS tracking system, similar to usfleettracking.com. we can use something like ipads to be tracked.
