We need a website template modern, very well done. We are looking for a designer extremely proficient in web design. Really experienced. Can order 15 - 20 jobs per year depending your expertise. We set max budget for each job, always reasonable. Payment is done when the job is approved by client. Always is paid, even if the client doesn't like. But then relationship is finished. NO ESCROW. You must sign a contract including NDA, transfer rights and no competition clauses. If this is not acceptable to you please don't bid.
Our oldest designers are working with us many years ago. Now need somebody able to deliver jobs really fast, because is really experienced in webdesign and photoshop. People very creative able to deliver top designs. You must be available at some time to chat at skype and concrete details if needed.
