Mailing list

Ok, this is a very simple request... I am starting a website in the advertising/marketing field, and am in need of 1 list of email adresses to send 1 email to, promoting the website. The email is written and will simply include deatils of the website, and what it can offer a business. I really can't pay too much for this list but if anyone can send a "large" list os email adresses for businesses not individuals, I will pay a fee for their time. This list is required for sending 1 email to only, and should consist of a large number of email addresses. The more in it, the more I will pay. And whoever can supply the largest list for the lowest price will win the bid. I will pay right away, as soon as I am satisfied. Many thanks, and I look forward to recieving bid as soon as possible.
