Simple Front End Website with SQL Backend

Project Description:
Guys, I need a very very simple project created. This is mainly for my learning purposes but anyone with the knowledge should be able to do this in a couple of days I guess.

I need a front end webpage (preferably in FrontPage/HTML coding as I know how to use this) and the backend database MUST be SQL Server 2000. This may seem overspec'd but I need this for learning purposes. I am very very flexible on the design BUT need all designs so I can learn from this.

The purpose of the web page should be to allow web users to be able to :

1) Upload photos with details per photos for e.g. name, people in photo, date photo taken

2) Upload music files (mp3) with information on artist first name, last name, album, track name, rating, length, date loaded.

3) Ability to listen to a specific music track from the website

4) Ability to search for particular music tracks per search criteria

5) Ability to download these tracks to web users local machine

6) Ability to view and download photos per search criteria specified.

Obviously I will need discuss this with the freelancer in more detail. I expect to be able to take this sharingproject and integrate it into my own personal website to be able to offer music/photo. The main purpose to get a good understanding of database design and implementation with web front ends
