There are several changes that are needed to our theme. You will be working on a copy of our existing site under a new theme. Much of these changes should be CSS changes. Any CSS or template changes will be in the child theme already setup so not to jeopardize the functionality of the parent theme.
1. Take an existing, duplicate of our top-level pull down navigation menu and implement it at six column fixed footer-menu on all pages. This is a single wordpress menu with six top level pages and about five to eight sub-level menu items.
2. Setup a banner image on each page to be dynamically triggered from the CSS class in the top-level pull down navigational menu. Each of those six top level pages will have a CSS class defined in the menus. Based on the name of the CSS class you will change the appropriate banner image on the page. All child pages off those top-level pages with the defined CSS class should inherit the banner image too.
3. Change up the color of some widget output used for displaying posts on the home page only.
