Need my email newsletter design converted to HTML template

hii require someone to make me a email templater, i already have had the whole design created and complete, i just need someone to convert to its HTML version so that i can upload it into my email software and use the WYSIWYG editor to write my newsletters.
I require this not to take too long as i will want to test that it works etc before actually using it.
If a good job is done i have many more for you, i will require 2 templates to be made. have the designs images of both for you to convert. so is just a quick convertion that is required. no designing required as is already done.
once complete, They have to work with my email software.
