Objectives are:

•To facilitate and disseminate best practices in learning
•To build and share knowledge on ABC experiences
•To strengthen the ABC brand
Attached is the pdf for which i need a gap analysis.
Breaking it in to 4 phases.
First being website, forum ,Blog ,Rss feed and all others explained in part 1
Second as in part 2 of pdf and so on.
Work if less than 2 to 3 hours for the right person so quote accordingly
People providing sample of there work will be preferred even freshers are welcomed if samples of there work are provided.
