the design must be top , sleek and business like (with custom CMS pages)
Job Included: design and develop vbulletin website according to a clients needs
(design template, instal software, addons and adjust per clients requirements)
this small project might become bigger project with the time, therefor webmaster with the mind of long term partnership wanted.
webmaster should be from UK, EU or US and speak perfect english as well as have some common sense (if webmaster has branding/logos experience it's a plus)
