I currently have www.brewersspot.com with a private hosting company and they have a custom content management system that hosts the website. I want to move this to a private server So I can modify the site more easily and so I can keep hosting costs down.

I am looking to host the site with ServerSea.com (http://www.serversea.com/hosting/platinum-plan.php) to mitigate hosting costs. I have copies of all images and code. I need the site turned into code I can modify myself or at least control the development process.
If you can replicate the Content Management System functionality so that I can modify pages similar to the way I do now (WYSIWYG Editor) that is even better.

What I'm looking for is to take the shell of the site and either make a custom CMS I can control or take the sections of the site that are controlled by the CMS and turn those into simple HTML area's.
Ideally, I'd like my own CMS that I can control.
If you can make a CMS system with a WYSIWYG for me that does the following on the site I will be happy.
- Social Networking Users (Takes user registration and provides current social networking capabilities)
- Sells products via a e-commerce store
- Forums
- Events
- Classifieds
- Individual Blog postings
- Ability for me to add custom pages
