Need to convert 4 templates into 1 unique HTML page using quality CSS/Javascript.
Clarification:
This is really just a single page (NOT 4 HTML pages)

New layout is the HOMEPAGE.
Mouseover function for the 4 big buttons

(Hosted/ASP)
(API) mouseover color/change - click - swap images in main body - hold (Learn more...)

Photoshop templates has layers for the 4 buttons (all same layout, just some mouseover effects/image swaps) *One example uploaded.
Can provide Word docs with required text/URLs to add to the pages.
Can provide previous templates for the drop-menu /layout and navigation code (needs some editing to get the layers correct).
