Project Description:
I need a site that can do what the best of the websites CondoTrader.com,Vacationsonly.com, and redweek.com do.
They list (advertise) timeshare properties. They are not real estate agents they only advertise.
I would like the site to be functional like Condo-Trader.com within the next 3 weeks. Then I would like to add additional user login and backend functions . For example, I would like people that would like to bid on a property to have to register and then log in and place bids. The bids would go directly to the advertisers private area where the advertiser could log in and decide whether they would like to accept, decline or counter-offer and also whether they would like to reveal their identity and continue communication with a potential bidder. The advertiser log-in area would also give an advertiser sample forms that could be filled in automatically with bidder info.
Again, initially I would like the site to get up and functioning as soon as possible.
Also, there is a database that includes pictures of all the timeshare resorts. This database is what Condo-Trader.com and others use. When you put a resort code and info from the advertiser in the admin section an advertisement is created automatically (including all the amenities areas and resort descriptions). I would like to have this but I would also like the option for the advertiser to upload up to two personal pictures of their own and for my admin people to create new resorts and ads at will.
